    Hi
I have just done this. Could not run fpr 10 days due to injury and put on 1 pound a week for 2 weeks. I then got fed up and didn't log for 3 days last week. I didn't eat well. Felt rough (not to mention guilty!) and am now back on track. Hope I just stay the same this week.
Would be interested to know how you get on.
Some times your body needs a shock to the syste.

Of Course! Cheat days can actually help you lose weight by increasing your metabolism. Yay!
