Silly comment about the exercises available

so there is a wide variety to chose from, but fuuny thing is that they include light cleaning and cooking as an exercise but not sex!!! Hahaha I would have thought that burns more calories than cooking, especially if you are a guy. :tongue:

    I have noticed that was not an included exercise. Major oversight by MFP, IMO.

    I guess sex is part of your day, like walking the dog - it's not extra exercise? Has anyone worn a HRM during sex to see how many calories you burn?

    You can calculate calories burned doing many activities.... Including sex!

    I wouldn't kill the mood every few minutes to stop and check my HRM. I don't count cleaning or cooking, either. They're considered a bonus to me..one that doesn't get logged.
