Morning all,
I am disappointed this morning, ending this week with a gain of 1 pound. Hopefully this will help me with our next challenge by remembering the feeling of ending a six week challenge with a gain rather than a loss.
I am happy to be down for this challenge instead of gaining. I know I wasn’t as on top of things like tracking my calories, measuring, and planning. I wasn’t really focusing on a small loss for the week, but instead of focusing on the bigger number for the challenge or overall goal. Focusing on the small number helped me in the beginning and I will try to do that again for the next challange.
Of course we all are realizing life happens and we need to juggle our weight loss journey with all of the many other things we have going on and popping up in our life. Thank goodness I have all you girls with your motivation and advice. Hope everyone has a great day!

Can't believe this is the end of the 6 weeks!! Here are my stats. I had a doctors appointment this morning (boo) and their scale put me up over my starting weight even so I don't think that is very trustworthy. :grumble:

That's the same as lat week but I'm happy with no gain especially after having been home for a few days now. My Friday weigh ins tend to always be better than tuesdays too so we'll see then if its better. But the day after Thanksgiving, probably not!!!

So down 2 inches although since I am up in my arms I guess that is kind of a good thing?? :huh:
I didn't lose as much as I would have liked but 4.4 lbs. is more than nothing and I've made significant changes in my life so that is a goal achieved!!!

FIrst off, just want to tell you all that my weight loss durning this challenge was almost non existant but that is completely opposite of the support that you all give. It is great and I will keep up with these challenges for as long as they go on!

I'm pretty darned excited about this! I didn't lose my goal of 10lbs, but I lost more than the 1 lb a week that I normally do. I am glad too that the water restriction has been lessened somewhat by the doctor, I really was bumming yesterday when the scale was up 2 lbs, but it was back down today!

I met my 20% goal but I am disappointed with myself because I weighed 158.5 on Thursday AND Friday, then lost it over the weekend. I'll work at it again, but I guess I need to focus on the positive. I made goal and lost 20% of my weight loss goal.

I gained this week also. But, I still lost during this challenge, so that's a plus. I haven't done my measurements yet because someone has taken on with my tape measure, so hopefully I'll have soon.0
