hello all,

just wanted to say hello as I plan to be more active on this site now that I have decided that I really have let my weight go too far. There was a time when weight loss was purely for superficial reasons but now I am actually concerned re health problems that could arise if I dont make changes. My user name puts me on blue team for August challenge, so see you there!!
