Questions for experienced 30 Day Shredders. Before and after

I was wondering if anyone can tell me the "skinny" on Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred? If you have tried it, what types of results did you get from it? What are some problems that I might run into? Perhaps someone has some before and after pics to post? That would help A LOT! What equipment do I need. I have been doing Jillian Michaels BFBM and I am bored and want to switch to something else. Thanks! Give me all the advice you have PLEASE!

    I just finished it today. It has some tough parts but they show the hard workout and the modified workout. I just did what I could and had to mix it up between the two.   • I haven't done it for 30 straight days so I don't have any pics or results to share with you. But I do own the dvd and have done it several times. The only thing you need is a pair of dumbbells. It's a pretty good solid workout just like any of the other J.M. I have done. Boredom might be your down fall with this video. I also own JM's Full Frontal & Back in Action dvds and there are a lot of the same moves in these dvds. If you own dumbbells this dvd is well worth the $10 or so that it cost.

    Thanks! How do I add cardio to my list of exercises? It doesn't come up when I search for it.
