I know it would be under walking but what pace? Brisk maybe?

I am looking to get some of her dvds
I currently use the beginner vid on her "try it' page
there's a warm up, about 5 pace increases and a cool down.
1 mile express in 15 minutes.
I created my own exercise and i think her pace is probably 2.5 moderate, 3.0 moderate and 3.5 and 4.0 brisk.
i'll include the link i used to calculate calories burned.
Our best bet may be to invest in an HRM watch (with chest strap for accuracy).
They're not cheap (about $50-200+ in the US)

The one I have she says it's a 12 minute mile so that would be brisk a 5mile per hour. She should say at some point in the video or on the cover.0

I think it depends on each persons pace but the one I have is pretty brisk and for the most part I keep up my guess is about 3.5 brisk pace0

The one I have it the 1-2-3 mile express. Not sure if express means faster faced or express because there are multiple miles on the disk lol.
I think I am going to input it at moderate or brisk0
