i had surger on Wednesday. My eating plan went out the window in the days after as I just felt like crap and I had to eat something every time I took Meds. Now I am trying to get back on but still having issues. I still need like bread or crackers when I take the Meds. I tried today to follow the plans I did before surgery but I'm not ready yet....I felt I needed more. I have followed a low carb...about 50-75 carbs a day since I started due to my pcos and insulin resistance. Do you think it would be a bad idea that for the next few days I up the carbs simply because I feel I need more energy right now?
