Take the Good with the Bad...

So I got on the scale tonight, and I was afraid to see what it would read, as I upped my calories a little bit to eat my exercise calories. And I lost 5.1 pounds!!! Now, there are several influencial factors here: one being that my weight went up 4 pounds abruptly for some reason last week, and secondly because I was having some stomach issues that resolved themselves yesterday. Anyway, I've still lost about a pound or so since my last weigh-in before I gained. So that's a yay!
Bad news: I had to reevaluate my weight loss goals, because it wasn't as good as I had planned for.
More good news: it didn't change my goals significantly.
Bad news: I start Level 2 of 30DS today. Wish me luck!
