I am new on this site, it was recommended by the trainer I have been working with a couple of times a week. I have done WW and had some success. Right now the plan is to kind of do the WW nutrition because it works and keep exercising, but logging and using this as a support base. Seems easier to use. Excited. Just relocated and we are starting fresh!
