My Mom actually told me about this website, and this is the first time I'm keeping track of my food intake online (I used to go through phases of keeping track in a notebook with my best caloric guesses). I never thought that I'd invest the energy into recording every little thing I eat, but now that I've started... it's been wonderful.

I am a constant snacker, so it has helped me to slow down on the carb snacks (partially because I don't want to put it down). I'm starting to see trends in my eating, and starting to actually think about balancing my diet. I've never been seriously overweight, but I've never eaten in a well-balanced way. I do Aikido and often jog, so I'm active, but many times feel fatigued and drained... hoping that changing my diet will help me tone up, energize, and live in a more healthy way.
