I have been on a week, and so far have lost 2 pounds! I can't believe how easy this is, I guess writing down the calories really helps you watch what you eat. Love it!

  • Hi, I have also been here a week and lost 2 pounds! yay for us!! It does help me alot to enter all my calories and exercise and see it right in front of me everyday. Just knowing I have to enter it all makes me stop and think...'do I really want to eat that and have to add that to my calories?' lol It helps to keep me honest! Nice to meet you!

  • Hi there! I signed up a few months ago and then had shoulder surgery. I fell off the wagon almost immediately but lately I have been walking and cycling about 6 days a week and I have lost 7 pounds since I first came to myfitnesspal. I'm on my way. I'll keep up now. Thanks!
