Goal Setting...

Somebody help!
I have lost 2 kilo's in my first week and am going for my second weigh in tommorrow morning. I don't feel like I'll drop as much this week. I haven't given up for the week but am already planning ahead for next week to try to lose another 2 kilos.
My question is, does anyone have some advice for setting a few goals for myself. At the moment I think I'd like to lose a total of 35 kilos. (I'll see if I need to lose more if I ever get there!!!)
Is there a realistic timeframe that I should set to lose this weight? Say, in a few months? Or less?
I have no idea how long losing 35 kilos should take if I am sticking to healthy food, eating under 1800 calories per day and doing an hours exercise 5 days per week.
My first goal is to get under 100 kilos and I have 114 left to get there... How many weeks or months should this take me?
Is 2 kilos an average weightloss for every week?
Any helpful advice would be fantastic!!!

If I knew the difference between a pound of weight and a kilo of weight, I could help out...0

2.2lbs to the kilo. No expert but you want to lose sustainably rather than fast so through lifestyle changes not for example a crash diet as that won't last. 2 kg in a week sounds quick so don't be discouraged if it is slower now! It has taken me 4 months to lose nearly 10kg and def easierat first! Well done with a great beginning!0

2 kilos is probably too much to aim for each week. The MFP highest 'goal' is 2lbs per week, which is roughly 1 kilo. I'm trying to lose 1kg per week and it's tough... although I'm on track for my Xmas goal (20 weeks left and 17kgs to lose). It's definitely slowed down from the start though, and I have a feeling that the next 20kgs after Xmas will take more than 20 weeks. I was hoping to be at goal for my birthday in May, but I'm thinking more like Xmas next year as I really want to keep it off.0

It all depends on how strict you are and how much your body will lose comfortably every one is different and you will lose the most when you start and most of the time it tapers down to less weight lost per week. Like I said everyone is different0
