HRM - need specific features

I'm sure HRMs have been discussed to death here, but searches bring up tons of threads that don't really have the specific question I have in mind. So...sorry if this drives anyone crazy, but I'm going to ask.
I'm looking to invest in an HRM that has specific features:
-calories burned (with chest strap for accuracy)
-GPS distance (for running) -- I currently use a Nike+ iPod, but am having problems with its lack of accuracy, so I think I need to go GPS...
-GPS pace (for running)
-target heart rates that the user can set (instead of defaults or whatever)
Any brand/model recommendations that could get me these features? I'm looking to go as "cheap" as possible, though I know the whole GPS thing is going to drive the price up. Is Garmin my only option, or are there other good ones out there?
Thanks in advance!

Older models of Garmin do not use HR to calculate calories burned, but use distance and pace instead. Some of the newer Garmin models have corrected this to use HR to tally calories. So be sure to research closely between the different models to be sure it has what you want. Personally, I wouldn't go with any other brand if you are looking for GPS. My own research shows other brands just don't match up in customer reviews to Garmin.
My old Forerunner 305 can be set for intervals, virtual partner, pacing, and a whole host if other training features. I can only imagine how much more the newer, more advanced Garmin models have to offer.0 -
Try looking into the Polar RS100 / Polar RS300 (or any of the RS series really) with a GPS pod accesorie.
Polar has designed the RS series with runners in mind and with the GPS pod it will give you the GPS distance/speed/pace (and transfer the data to the watch) while the basic watch will give you the other two things.0
