Does anybody know how many calories you can burn using a Lateral Thigh Trainer? Thanks

    Heavier people carry more weight around and thus, burn more calories in many activities. A 200-lb. person doing the same workout would burn about 800 calories per hour, while a 130-lb. person would burn only 530, as an example.
