Argh being thick, ChaLean Extreme workouts - when do you do

Have been looking through the info that came with my ChaLEAN Extreme set of DVDs and I don't seem to have a "class schedule" or programme or anything that tells me what workout I should be doing and when. Mind you the only thing that came with it is the guide (didn't get the caliper things, lower body band or nutrition guide...!)

I have (thanks to another MFPer) the Turbo Fire/ChaLean hybrid programme... Is there a class schedule for CE on its own? I've searched on the BB site and can't find anything.

    Did you get it from Beachbody? If so, I would call them and tell them about the incomplete package

    I didn't unfortunately, I'm in the UK so bought it through Amazon.
