Walk, walk, walk. During your break, go out for a walk. Walk everywhere possible, to a copy machine, to go give someone something, anything. Invest in a pedometer The minimum a person should walk is 10,000 steps! Also, get up every 15-20 minutes and do a quick aerobics like jumping jacks or jog in place. Who cares if you look silly? You'll get your exercise in!0

Try one of these:
http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/stamina-instride-folding-cycle/ID=prod5790066-product?V=G&ext=frgl_Google_Health_and_Well-Being
I used that at my last job when I couldnt get to the gym.0 -
