Logging 30 day shred

Hey everyone

I received my 30 day shred dvd this weekend and am starting it today but want to know what to put it as in the MFP log

    I used my HRM for the workout, so I created "my own exercise" that was 30 Day Shred w/ HRM. This way, it tracked the calories burned during the workout. Good luck on the shred! I would recommend, however, doing LOTS more warming up and stretching, as there isn't much of one for the DVD. I got injured during the 30 DS and my doctor is pointing at the DVD and its lack of proper warm up to be the cause of my hyper extension.
  • thanks for the great info. stretching is one of our team challenges this week and I was going to start the shred today!
