There are a number or threads on detox and jump starts.....they are really unnecessary and don't really work.
As for canned or frozen veggies...yes, they are fine. Fresh would be a better option, but weather and money often make that impossible. Frozen is the next best option as frozen veggies tend to be fresher and to have less sodium added.0 -

I know there are folks that will say frozen are equal to canned..... I prefer fresh first, my 2nd choice would always be frozen....and I never eat canned ...whoa, no that's not true..if I'm making chilii I do use some canned items, tomotoes, canned beans etc...but I do try to rinse the beans etc if I can to get rid of all the sodium they need to use to preserve canned items.
That's my only beef on the canned items....
But.......some frozen items also contain salt...so check those labels:drinker: :bigsmile:0 -
