Not so new

Okay so I'm not so new but I am back. I seemed to of lost speed and momentum with everything over the last month or so. However, after doing a few simple things I am willing to try this again. A friend of mine once describe himself as being like a bullet shot from a gun in water.....it has massive speed when it first hits the water then suddenly just kinda tapers off and stops. YEP THAT"S ME! ;) Only I can change that though. I'm getting married in 54 days! 54 DAYS! Holy cow batman! I don't expect to be super model thin or anything like that by the time I get married, I just want to feel good about myself on that special day. I am almost 39 years old and I've never been married so this will definitely be my first and last so I'd kinda like to enjoy the moment. Crazy huh?!
Anyway, I've had a lot of coffee this morning and I'm at work (which is another story that I won't bore you with at this moment) and I prepared everything this morning (breakfast, lunch, snacks). Now if I stick to what I brought I should be good....high protein, low fat, and low calorie.
