Would anyone mind sharing some of their favorite crockpot recipes please?

I'm struggling to know what to fix for dinner anymore.

    Number of Servings: 6

    Ingredients:
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup salsa
    1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

    Directions:
    Add chicken to slow cooker.
    Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
    Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
    Serve with rice.

    Lime Chicken Tacos
    1 1/2 pound chicken breast (boneless & skinless)
    3 tbs. Lime Juice
    1 tbs chili powder
    Throw in crock pot, cook for 4-5 hours.
    Pull chicken out and shred. Put back into crock pot and add:
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup corn
    Cook an additional 45 minutes.
    Use on taco shell or on top of a salad. Enough for 12 servings.

    1 taco without sour cream and cheese = 148 calories; 2 g fat, 31 mg cholesterol, 338 mg sodium, 18 g. carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 14 g protein.

    This is a great recipe and easy.
