Re-committing to goals after vacation!

I am just back from vacation and need to get back in the saddle after relaxing my food and exercise regimen on vacation. Anyone else doing the same?!? What are you doing to kick it off?

I'm in that boat too...only this would be my second week of trying to get back on track:blushing: . When I find something that works I will let you know0

I had to do that last week. Last Monday I kicked up my exercise and really watched my food intake and I think the number one thing I did was drink water and ton of it. I felt really blotted when I get home from all the restaurant eating and I feel like I flushed it out or sweat it all out. Lost the 4 lbs and one more! You got this!0
