Hello Everyone!
I usually buy my own food, because the rest of my family eats pretty unhealthy.. but I wanted to know what people buy for lunch on the go, Dinner, Breakfast and Snacks!
Last time I went to the store, i got pretty overwhelmed =/ This time im going with a plan!
Thanks for the help!

I'd say find a few friends with open diaries and check them out for ideas. I do a lot of morningstar farms and boca veggie burger and veggie chicken patty sandwiches and lean pockets for at work lunches... they can be high in sodium, so I just watch my intake a lot closer for my other meals those days. The Fiber One brownies and bars and Kellogg's Fiber Plus bars are VERY yummy and satisfying for grab and go snacks. Breakfasts for me are usually cereal or breakfast type burritos (egg, turkey sausage and reduced fat cheese). Sometimes oatmeal and cinnamon toast or something similar. My dinners are all over the place but I got a lot of amazing recipes that I use fairly regularly from skinnytaste.com. Hope I helped at least a little!0

I'm making a list for today as well. So far on my list I have the following:
-Chobani Yogurt -Laughing Cow Lite Creamy Swiss
-Quakers Rice Cakes -String Cheese
-Frozen California Blend Vegetables -Frozen Strawberries & Bananas
-100 Cal Popcorn -Coffee
-Green Tea -Fruits: Bananas, Pears, Mangos, etc.
-Veggies: Lettuce, Eggplant, Zucchini -98% Fat Free Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs
-Deli Smoked Turkey
Just watch the sodium and sugar for your items.0 -
I spent some time drawing up a table that had 7 days worth of different breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners. It's not a rigid schedule, but a rough outline plan.
Broadly speaking, breakfast is yoghurt and nuts, porridge, eggs, maybe baked beans, wholemeal toast with almond butter
Lunch is a soup or a salad, home made. I tend to cook larger quantities of evening meals and then freeze them in single portions for lunch.
Evenings - protein based (fish, chicken) with veg and a small portion of carbs.
Snacks - cheese, seafood sticks, roast soy beans, nuts, hard boiled egg, fruit0
