First NSV!!!

So, I didnt take pictures because I never got around to it but Im going to today. Anyway, for the last 3 weeks I have been doing a mix of Jillian Michaels videos with cardio, Pilates, and learning some weight lifting with my husband. He measured me 3 days ago and in the last 3 weeks Ive lost an inch on my waist and 2 inches on my hips. Im so excited because the scale is moving downwards so slowly. At my very highest (when I got off the Depo shot, which is how I gained all my weight) I was in a 24/26. Now Im wearing a 12 in jeans, Med in shirts, and 8 to 12s in dresses. I still have about 30 lbs to go but seeing the inches gone was just the motivation I needed! I hope this helps anyone else who has a slow moving scale! <3Rachel
