What next?

Done day 17 of 30 Day Shred and I am loving it (mostly) and I am wondering what next. I have looked at a couple of options: Insanity, Turbo Fire, other JM DVD's.

In truth I am not fit at all (although 30DS is doing a lot to improve that!) and I lack co-ordination and balance. I have very little upper body strength so get frustrated doing things like push ups (as after only a few my arms give out).

What I would like is to lose another 10-15lbs and to build some strength and if I can improve my balance and co-ordination that would be a bonus. I love music and do zumba occasionally (at home Wii game) but my lack of co-ordination means that I wouldn't dare do this in public!!

Any suggestions?
