Workout time

How long should someone work out to get the best weight loss results? I use to workout 60mins a day doing zumba, but I left it a my fiance's parents house (they live almost 2hrs away), and now I do Jillian Michaelas 6 week 6 pack for about 33 mins. Is this enough if I do it 6-5 days a week? Or do I need to add something else to get better results? Like running for 20 minutes...etc.
