Hi, I'm new and I refuse to count pounds every week, so Im waiting until my one year mark to obsess about my progress. I'm a student. My means of exercise has been a Billy Blanks Basic Training DVD that i can only get half way through (its 55mins) but I'm excited! Any tips?
