    Yes you are. At least some, if not all of them.

    THanks so much! I have been going about this all wrong. I thought I shouldn't eat those calories thats why I haven't seen a change in the scale at all!

    Right! It doesn't SEEM to make sense but when you start to read and understand how the body works, it starts to make sense!

    I burn a lot on exercise days and eat at least half of them back......to get me into a safe calorie range. I'm down 124 lbs, so I think it's working!! :wink: :laugh:

    I just slowly upped my time and resistance on things over the last year. Right now......I do over an hour of cardio. Elliptical is up to level 19 now......random setting. I also do strength-training. I go to the gym 4 days a week and on non-gym days I try to get in things at home like sit ups, squats, lunges, etc.
