I've been using myfitnesspal.com mobile since the end of May to help me track my food intake and then to modify my diet. So far, I have lost 11lbs and am super excited that this little app has helped make that difference in my motivation and organization to get fit again. This has been the first day that I've actually been on the website and so far, it seems to be even more helpful in finding support through social networking. Can't wait to see what the next month has in store:-)
