So i have been looking at my reports in the tools section. I am curious as to how one of the reports work. The nutrition shows positive and negative bars. Is it only good if my bars are negative. Do these bars have to be negative for me to lose any weight, or do they just have to be under the calories that are allowed for my daily intake? Please help I am very confused!

Are you looking at the net calories report? If you have negative bars, you should be eating more. If you eat 1,200 calories and have a major exercise burn, burning off 1,500 calories, then you are negative 300 caloires for the day. Your body NEEDS calories to survive.0
