Sparking water?

Weird question but can i count sparking (carbonated) water as water or do i need to track it my food diary?

If it's just plain water with carbonation, I'd just log it as water...that's what I do. If it's mineral water or has any flavoring or sugar though (check out the nutritional info to make sure), I'd log it in your diary as well.0

I count just about any liquid as water for the day --- BUT if its something with calories, I also track it as food.
For instance, 2 cups of crystal light = 2 cups water and 10 calories.
24oz protein shake = 3 cups water, 200 calories etc...0
