Does any one what is considered "normal" sodium intake. Just today I've had 1,410 mg of sodium and I'm not sure if this is high. Please help and thanks alot.

Hi. I wondered about that and other stuff too, so I looked it up. Here's the USDA info I got:

    Sodium-2,400 grams
    Fat-65 grams
    cholesterol-300 grams
    carbs-300 grams
    fiber-25 grams
    protein-50 grams
  • Thanks for taking the time to look that up for us. That should help alot.
