Lots to lose-

I am just working on getting back on track and have a lot of weight to lose... I am hoping this site will help me track it all. My body is very stubborn when it comes to weight loss so a lot of times it just isnt about numbers for me. Any helpful hints and tips would be apreciated... I am all good for working out and buring calories- just not sure the best way to do it- I love classes like step and zumba to keep me motivated but my schedule doesnt seem to fit the gym schedule. I love carbs too much to give up on them and I have found the harder I try to avoid them the more likely it is that I will end up going crazy over them and being worse off then where I started. Just trying the best balance for eating and the best way to make the best of my workouts! Thanks-
