How much room do you need to do Jillian Michael's Shred?

Hey, I've got a tiny studio apartment - how much room would I need to be able to do the 30 Day Shred video? Thank you!

    you don't need a big space, you just need room to be able to run in place, and jumping jacks and to lay down and do crunches.

    You should have enough room.

    I have a teeny-tiny apartment, and I do it in about a couch sized floor space. It's actually one of the better ones in terms of the space you need.:flowerforyou:
