OMG So I found this photo...

...and its AMAZING. I've been staring at it for like an hour straight. Turns out my husband likes to save photos of me partially uncovered & I found a folder on the family computer entitled "racy photos". Now, I know what you're thinking and NO he's not a total Pervy McPervert. Most likely he just likes to watch me flip out and throw stuff at him for snapping that cell-phone shot of me in a towel without my glasses on in the morning. I went through the photos (which were, for the most part, hilarious) but I found one....ONE GLORIOUS photo of my hot, before-baby-number-two body. And YES that means AFTER baby number one. I got into the best shape of my life somewhere in-between children, and could have stolen High School ME's boyfriend.
I want so bad to post it because Its flipping awesome that I was so fit. However, its inappropriate enough to fall somewhere in the category of "Too scandalous to run for Mayor, but disney might still have me " Instead, I'll just set it as my desktop background and for motivation hope my father-in-law doesn't drop by and need to use my laptop real quick.
WHAT I'M DOING TODAY AND EVERY DAY:
1. Drinking 2 liters of water ever day, before I eat. My husband does this and it seems to be helping him stay energized every day.
2. I will be refusing the urge to drink coffee, because I only drink it if Its so full of sugar, chocolate and cream & it's more like hot chocolate or a milk shake with a boost.
3. I'll be eating healthy. White meats and veggies and logging it.
4. I WILL be working out in the evenings five days a week, and logging that as well.
5. Ill be setting aside 5 minutes (to start) to meditate after each workout. I feel that doing it before would be more beneficial - except for the fact I KNOW without coffee I'll fall asleep in the parking garage at the gym before I even go in.
Wish me luck.

Well sheet. You get us all excited to see this super awesome photo of you - and then rip it away! LOL!! That's awesome - no one better to compare yourself to and keep you motivated better than yourself! Drinking 2L of water everyday and meditation are such great goals to set for yourself. Speaking of goals, it's time I do my late night workout.0
