I'd like to get an HRM watch without the chest strap. Any suggestions on the best one to get?

they are as good as useless without a strap.

Agreed.. Chest strap is needed for an accurate estimation of calories burned.
Polar is the most recommended around here.. its what I have, and I love it.0 -
@dad106 - thanks, have you ever tried the Polar sports bras that have the embedded strap? Just wondering if they work and if they're more comfortable than the regular strap?
No I haven't, but honestly the regular strap is just like wearing a bra. The polar straps are fabric and very flexible, so you hardly notice them.0 -
