1 small orange
13 animal crackers
3/4 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dried apricot halves, unsweetened
45 small soy crisps
2 Tbsp mixed nuts
3/4 C bran cereal
28 grapes
5 dates, dried, pitted, whole
3 mini chocolate chip cookies
1 cup blue berries
17 dry roasted peanuts
25 Jelly beans
3 Tbsp raisins
*My Addition*
14 Double stuffed Holiday Mint M & M's

    Cool! Glad you & Ziploc shared the ideas with us! Beats paying the price of the 100 cal packs, which I don't really care for the taste of anyhow.... so it's fun to think on more ideas to add to the list....

    10 dry roasted cashews or 12-15 natural almonds

    15 chocolate-covered raisins

    Cut half an apple into slices and spread with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter

    One two-inch slice of angel food cake (which could be cubed!)

    One hard boiled egg

    Either six saltine crackers or two graham cracker squares with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter or fruit jam

    ½ cantaloupe melon (cubed or use a melon baller) ok so not gonna fit in a snack bag..oops!:huh:

    Cup of strawberries sliced. & Spread a Laughing Cow cheese on top

    Five vanilla wafers, 1-3/4 inch in diameter

    Eight pieces M and M's candies

    One ounce marshmallows - Four large

    Ok there's my contribution for now.... not sure I'd eat some of that but some might...lol

    ok, now seriously? M & M's have now come out with double stuffed Seasonal Mint ones? Hm....I guess I just haven't looked....I know they had the big ones out once....interesting....

    Instead of 13 regular sized animal crackers, you can buy the mini ones and you can have 52 for 100 calories...it's so great because you feel like you are snacking for quite some time...I prefer having smaller pieces so it lasts longer...

    I hear ya Laura....I saw those smaller ones and I too prefer to go for the smaller size items so I can feel like I can snack on a treat then still have plenty to stash away in my gym bag for later...toss in some almonds and good to go for carb/protein combo for my workouts...
