Okay, this is going to sound like a huge ad, but it's really just saying that I LOVE these bands!

I bought my set from this guy:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250769923060&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123#ht_8063wt_1396

Only $10, and they are super well made!! I combined the two highest resistance bands (20lb and 15lb), and they created a TON of resistance for even a simple bicep curl (for me anyway).

I've been talking with the guy that sells them, and he is a top notch guy. The shipping got messed up (by USPS, NOT HIM) and he sent me out a set of bands no problem....even offered me a refund if I didn't receive them.

I've already ordered a 2nd set so I don't have to adjust the resistance for each exercise. I use them for P90X rather than free weights because I do this while I'm at work, and they are easy to carry around.

Anyway, an amazing set of bands, $10...just wow!!!

They look good. I've been wondering about something that I can take away with me. Replace the rower with jogging shoes and weights with the resistance bands...

How do you do curls with them? Do you just stand on them?

I have a different brand that I bought at Ross for like $7. I LOVE how I can use 2 (or all 3) bands at the same time by the clip on feature. My husband has the p90x ones and I like mine better!

Yes you just stand on them.

This includes 5 bands....so you'll be able to do pretty much whatever you want...also has extra handles, also has a door jam, as well as leg straps for leg workouts...includes a workout card as well....BUY THEM!!! LOL. Oh and a Negative ION Band...I'm not too sure about the ION Band but I know people swear by them.

Just as a comparison, I have the Wal-Mart Golds Gym bands....these BLOW THEM AWAY!!

There is so much more resistance and I snapped a Golds Gym Band (the heaviest one at that!!!

Awesome man! I use the B Lines that the people in P90X use. I also have those same ones in that eBay listing (not the hookable ones though, but they have the same resistance per color). I prefer B Lines as to the other resistance bands out there because they have resistance bands that are a lot heavier and you don't need to do the combining thing with them because some of them come with 50+ lbs of resistance. :)

Lol! Id say go for it!

I was looking at B-lines bit they were just too expensive for me. I bought two sets so I don't really have to juggle them around much.

Looks pretty good to me. And much cheaper than the ones that they try to get you to buy when you get Power 90 and P90X.

And I like the idea of being able to add them together to get more resistance. It is difficult to do that with other bands unless you have huge hands to hold onto the different handles since they are made differently than these.

I just got my resistance bands from this guy, and they are really awesome! I think they are the best ones that I have ever bought. I really like how even the "heavy" resistance bands are skinny. I hate how the ones from Wal-Mart or Beachbody are so bulky because quite frankly, I have little feet...and stepping on the bulky bands can lead to pain if they snap out from underneath my little feet like a rubberband. And the door attachment is so simple, but yet it works. I can now do some moves that I couldn't before making the wait for my gym to open up a little more bearable.

    I totally recommend these!!!

Definitely going to buy a set. Thanks for sharing. The one I bought from walmart is so flimsy. I'm afraid that it'll come apart during my one of my workouts.
