Kinda new but open for helpful tips!!!

Hello there. I'm fairly new to all of this. I signed up for myfitnesspal.com a while back but I'm going to try to stick to logging my daily meals and exercise. It's helps me to stay on track this way. I'm completely addicted to working out. I go to the gym almost daily. Sticking to the right diet is where I have a hard time. I'm doing a low carb and low sugar diet. If anyone has any helpful tips I'm always open for suggestions.
