Having trouble with schedule this week!

Ok I'm all excited about Thanksgiving. I had grandoise(sp?) plans of extra extra exercise, and so far I am falling flat. Skipped my usual workout on Thurs, Good one on Fri & Sat, cleaning on Sun, 40 mins cardio on Mon, and nothing again today. Also I feel myself having those little "tastes" that get me in trouble. Heeeeeeeeellllllllp. :)

    This week will be tough. Especially for us people who are actually trying to watch all the calories consumed. People - be careful! Eat and enjoy but its very easy t get carried away. Also, try to exercise, daily and make it part of this holiday routine. G'luck!
