Calories in tunafish...help!

OK I made some tunafish today using two cans of tunafish, 2 tbsp of mircle whip, 8 pickle chips, and one egg. I have no idea how to see how many calories I ate in all of that. After it was all prepared, I measured and ate about 1/2 cup of it. What should I put down as my calorie intake?? HELP please!

    Depends on what kind of tuna you use & did you use only egg whits or egg w/yoke ?

    you need to enter each item in your food dairy & just half all serving then you will get your total.
