Back Again-Looking for motivation!!

Hey everyone! I used to be a mfp member and i got pregnant and just stopped caring for awhile. Now my daughter is 7 months old and i've still been eatting like im pregnant. I am obese and have been since i was a child. Now is worse though, this is the largest i have ever been, im ashamed to say pre-pregnancy i was a size 24 and now i cant even fit into a size 30. Im looking for motivation to get on and stay on track. Im sure its going to be harder because of the baby, my husband works on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time and i dont trust anyone but family to look after her so this has to be gym free. Luckily, just being my size burns a ton of calories of day but i dont have a very active life now with the baby here, its been to hot to go outside for walks and etc. I try to do some hard core cleaning when she goes to bed at night hoping to burn some decent calories. I dont have any gym equipment, nor can i afford them. I guess calorie counting is going to b my biggest friend!

    welcome back! you can do it girl. One day, one minute at a time. You can change. I'm living proof. Don't give up.Pull out those dvds and start today!
  • give walking in the later evening when it cools down.....put baby in a stroller and push away.....twice the workout!
