The Firm: Calorie Explosion

I just started this dvd on Saturday and it is Awesome!! The newer "pink" firms have been way too easy so I was happy to see one that was actually a good workout. I love the older firms and this isn't really similar, but the intensity is. If that makes any sense. :)

Anyone else tried this dvd? What were your results? Did you do this alone or did you pair it with another video?

    I have done it twice... and it is a really good workout! I switch it off with other Firm dvds throughout the week. My favorites are:
    1. Pump Jump n Jab (with Kelcy)
    2. Bootcamp (with Allyson)
    3. 500 cal workout (with Kelcy)
    4. Dangerous Curves Ahead (with Allyson)

    I really like Allyson as an instructor so I might have to try some of the ones you listed. Thanks :)
    I've done Kelcy's tight buns and killer legs and didn't find it to be challenging at all. Her queing style was good though.

    I lost 2 lbs last week!!!!! I LOVE this workout!
