for those of you who think that im not serious about this or that i should have brought my concerns to google rather than here..
poop isnt at all that disturbing and it's something that we as people who are seeking a healthier future should know about!!!!!

That doesn't answer why you didn't consult Google, or maybe try the handy search function here.

This thread is a coprophiliac's dream.

I, however, am coprophobic, so it's more of a nightmare...

I learned in Nutrition class in college ( U of Poo) that it's ideal to have 'footlong floaters' Not literally a footlong, more of just a catchy name, but the footlong floater indicated that there's ample fiber in the diet.

If ya take an occassional glance at the finished product in the toilet, it's a good idea to guage what level it's at on the stool scale.AS it states, the 1st 2 levels indicate constipation, the last 2 indicate die-ah-ree-ahh. Sorry, can't spell it, don't even want to. =)

Poop that floats has a lot of fat in it ... try to get more fiber in your diet.
At least that's what they taught us in nursing school.

If your brown trout is a danger to shipping, you're going to be OK!

If you're pebbledashing - not so much.

I used to share an office with a nurse who worked for the continence foundation.
She said you should have "fluffy floaters" not "stinky sinkers".

Mind you she also set up an advertising campaign where they had ads on buses saying "do you have a wee problem"
