Hi everyone...I am new here. I am looking to only lose about 25lbs (195 > 170)...My problem is that I love to eat. I used to workout and eat what I wanted and always never really understood why I wasn't losing weight till I figured out why. I have to say, it sucks!
I am trying to stick with it though so we will see where it goes. Has anyone else out there had trouble starting and sticking with a diet?

Do you know where you are? LOL. It's hard. But I splurge. Everyone splurges. It's part of it. You just can't give up and get back to it if you do slip. It took me about a year for my taste buds to change. Now eating unhealthy crap makes me sick and feel like ****. I'd much prefer a salad with tons of veggies to a soggy fat-soaked brownie anyday! Keep at it, try new foods and you might get results you didn't expect.0

Dieting is difficult, I prefer to now call it healthy eating. You've come to the right place for support though ;o)0

Go figure... I love food too! heehee! Before I started MFP, I was working out 6 days a week and not losing weight, I couldn't understand why. Then I came here and recorded my food and realized how much I really was eating! I love MFP because it makes you really think what and how much you put in your mouth!0

I'm new too and gotta say I love to eat and this has been a struggle all my life. I know tracking the food is key and I am excited about the results...your not alone
