Just getting started. Have tried various diets and just want to learn to balance everything for a healthier me. This site seems to have just about everything I've been looking for.

Welcome! I hope you like this site. It really is easy once you get the hang of it. Just start by logging everything you eat or drink and get into that habit, even if you go over your calories. Take baby steps. Try to get used to drinking 8 glasses of water. Then maybe try and eat more fiber or adding more fruits and vegetables. Think about what you can add to your diet and don't concentrate on what you are eliminating. There are lots of friendly people on here to help you with whatever you need.
