What is "Empowerment" and when is a time you felt empowered?
It seems that outsiders think this is the root of all my problems. If I could only figure out what they mean so I could fix it.

For me empowerment is when I realise it's okay for me to get out there and kick *kitten*, to be better than I currently am, to max out my awesome levels. It's about getting over those excuses and barriers that I put in the way ("I don't have time", "It's too far away", "I'll go to the gym tomorrow"), and just going out there and doing it. It's smiling for an hour a day BECAUSE I CAN. It's lifting another 5kg of weight BECAUSE I WANT TO. It's me controlling myself and managing my own destiny BECAUSE THAT'S THE WAY I WANT IT.
You have it in you to do what you want. All you need to do is empower yourself. Put all the excuses aside, because in the long run they have no bearing on what you want. They are just a way for you to rationalise where you currently are. If you want to be somewhere else, don't make an excuse, make a reason to be there.0
