so, i eat 1200 calories a day, and i walk 30-50 minutes 3.5mph 3-5 times a week, so i'm definitely at a calorie deficit. however, i'm never hungry, and i don't WANT to eat the 1200 calories that i do. any suggestions?

Maybe up your exercise so you are more hungry. Adding weights or cardio that brings the heart rate up more would be good. Also you can add calories easy through nuts, olive/coconut oil, etc.

If you're not hungry don't eat. Listen to your body, no where does science say you must eat 1200 calories it's just a number people use for reference.

I too have a hard time eating my alloted calories on days I exercise a lot. I think if you are not finding that you get tired, and you are losing the weight you want to lose you should be fine with not eating more. If, however, you are tired or can't lose the weight, you might try to find ways to eat higher calorie foods so you can eat the same amount, but get closer to your calorie "goal"
  • I am also in the same catagory. I know that I must eat more. The biggest thing I can say is don't not eat!!!! The less you eat the worse you will feel. No way around it!! More calories = more energy PERIOD
