I'm using Alli, and to be most effective, I need to eat 3 meals a day with 19 grams of fat and about 500 calories. I'm having trouble coming up with options. And yes, the idea is eat as close to 19 g as possible without going over. Calories should be 400-500.
Breakfast is the hardest for me. I've got to get some fat, but can't go overboard.
Thanks in advance!

We had Beans-&-Weenies for dinner. Not the healthiest meal, but it fits your criteria.
1 cup Bush's Best Original Baked Beans

1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced (on the side, not mixed in)

Try making a quinoa porridge - add a little (very little) milk and some brown sugar and dried cranberries . . . until you get the amount of fat you are looking for.
Good luck!

Try a peanut butter & bananna sandwich on potato bread. That'll give you 360 calories and 17g fat . . . take an extra spoon of peanut butter and you've fulfilled your stated fat requirements.
Best of luck,
