I have been recording the physical exercise I do such as jogging, or things I do when I workout...Should I include other normal activity such as sitting, shopping, household chores, Etc. that aren't necessarily working out?

Cleaning, shopping, and gardening are things that you do around the house/outside the house that I would include in exercise. Sitting around is already calculated as normal activity.0

I dont count that. Its already accounted for when you set up your profile and choose level of activity0

I don't count household chores as exercise unless it is heavy cleaning like scouring the bathtub or cleaning out my daughters room.0

I add my cleaning and stuff, since you are moving around, I'm a SAHM and when i set my profile up, I wasn't much for anything......so I add mine, its not much but it counts.0
