I'm currently ****ting myself, excuse the language.
I've had 2 panic attacks and there's stuff going on about 3 miles away

Anyone have anyway to perhaps control a panic attack?
I really don't wanna suffer another one but I have to keep an eye on the live newsfeed so I can keep my boyfriend and his colleagues updated on the situation.

    Benadryl has the same affects as Xanax for panic attacks.

    I'm in Brum, what live feed are you following because most are utter BS...reports of perry barr, Erdington Childrens Hospital being majorly hit are all false.

    I can't guarantee it but mates in Kings Heath are reporting nothing despite the report on there saying there is an incident...probably nothing more than a regular kicking out incident. The report in Selly oak, its a gas blast, no link to the riots as yet and all quiet...not heard anything about harborne, am fairly close, with friends there. Try heart FM for a news reporter live update, no scare mongering members of the public stirring up BS
